Dear shopper, in order to allow us to ship frozen products anywhere in SA we need to pack your order in a polystyrene box with ice packs as shipping takes 2-4 working days from dispatch. The couriers only operate during weekdays, so we only ship orders on Monday mornings to ensure that your purchase does not spend a weekend melting in a warehouse somewhere :-)

Western Cape: 1-2 days (receive on Tues or Wed)
The rest of the country: 3-4 days (receive Thurs or Fri - usually Thurs and soooometimes Wed)

Made from South African macadamia nuts, this mature cheese is aged for 3 months in our 'cheese cave' in aprotective wax coating to develop a strong cheesy flavour. It can be kept in your fridge for up to 3 months more and the flavours will continue to develop, but if you're like us you probably won't be able to wait that long!
